ISDN Dial Up Outage
At 2:00 AM on 1/23/2008 our wholesale dial up provider made a change as to how our server authenticates to their equipment. This caused all ISDN dial up users to receive error 691, "Username or password is invalid on the domain." The problem was resolved at approximately 12PM on 1/23/2008. Some of our dial up user may still be unable to authenticate to our servers. If you are having problems dialing up to the internet please call our helpdesk at 866-822-9380. |

New ISDN Office opened on March 5th ! On Monday, March 5th, ISDN opened their new offices at 4210 North Service Rd. in St. Peters.
The new office is less than 2.5 miles from the existing office. It is off the North Service Road of Hwy 70 and is located on the North Executive Parkway loop next to the Suburban Journals building. CLICK HERE for a map to our new office. |
